Our unique programmes offer you the chance to rotate through a number of key business areas in your chosen programme, receive continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, be brought on a number of trips around the network to better understand Ryanair and its operations, and enjoy some well-deserved nights out.
The Programme: Within the Customer Service Graduate Programme, you will complete 4 rotations within the following areas:
OperationsCustomer Journey Mapping and process improvement initiativesVoice of the customer programme and CSAT performance improvementLegalWorking with our finance partner on managing down the cost of claimsDigital DevelopmentWorking with the Digital team to define the self-service functionality that makes life easier for customersAutomating workflow and driving efficient processesBusiness Analysis, Business case creation and exposure to building functional requirements specificationOverseas Operation in MadridYou will have the opportunity to spend time with our team in Madrid understanding the role of the legal team in managing claims and costs for the businessThe Application Process: What you need to get in: You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course.

Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations
Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – Matched up to 5% or €5,000
Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service
Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year
