Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Ability to resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
