Internal Sales/Customer Service Monday to Friday 8am -5pm Office-based 100%, no WFH available Inbound customer service role, looking after construction sector clients The Client: This organisation is a well respected building products company that sells a diverse range of solutions to end users, builders, retailers, and building merchants.
The office is based in South Dublin.
Role: Managing existing relationships and handling inbound calls, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service.
The calls will vary from customer to customer.
You might be dealing with a pricing inquiry, processing an order, or dealing with the logistics of an expected delivery.
The ability to think on your feet and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered is essential.
Comprehensive product training will be provided.

About you: Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of customer service experience in business-to-business sales.
B2B experience is essential, B2C will not be considered.
It is essential you are highly organised and you take pride in your high level of attention to detail.
You will be comfortable working in the office and receiving a high volume of customer service calls.
