Customer Service & Logistics Development ManagerAre you passionate about supply chain transformation? Do you thrive on building capabilities that drive operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in logistics and customer service. As our Customer Service and Logistics Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering innovation. You will have the opportunity to work and lead on our amazing transformation projects, linking up with our internal teams in order to build capability. This role will establish and monitor operational targets, including performance metrics such as logistics cost per kilogram, productivity savings targets, project deliverables, and logistics cost as a percentage of Gross Sales Value.
Based in our European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, you will report directly to our Customer Service & Logistics Performance Director. This position will require leadership skills, leading and directing others within a project. This is a hybrid level role, with occasional travel to our sites during the duration of a project.
