We're seeking a  Customer Service Representative  to join our team.
In this role, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping both new and existing customers through our online and traditional channels.

  Key Responsibilities Customer Support : Be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and helpful manner.
Problem Solving : Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy, striving for solutions that exceed their expectations.
         Team Collaboration : Work closely with the production site's, transport department's, scheduling or service engineers to ensure the timely dispatch of orders and completion of site visits.
         Communication : Keep customers informed at every stage of their order journey, providing clear, consistent updates and reassurance.
System Management : Use our ERP and other internal systems to log and manage calls, update customer details, and escalate issues when necessary.
Compliance and Excellence : Adhere to Kingspan's compliance guidelines, delivering professional service that aligns with our standards.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in regular team meetings and support team members to improve service processes and reach KPI targets set by the Office Manager.
What You Bring Customer-Centric Experience : At least 2 years in a sales/customer-facing role with a strong record of resolving queries and managing customer orders.
Excellent Communication : Confident verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, approachable telephone manner.
Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
