Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Exceptional time management and organizational skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools (full training will be provided) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Managing incoming & outgoing calls.
Providing customers with excellent customer service ensuring all queries are answered in a professional manner Route planning & service scheduling  Calling for payments.
Deal with customers over the phone, problem solving.
