Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the automotive industry?
My client is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and assist service customers upon their arrival at the service department.
Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify and document all customer needs and concerns on the job card.
Monitor the progress of vehicle services throughout the day, communicating with customers to update and obtain authorisation for any changes in estimates, delivery times, or additional recommended services.
Collaborate closely with the Workshop, Service Reception, Warranty, and Parts Department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills, along with a professional appearance and work ethic.
Previous experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A full drivers license is required.
