The RoleWe are seeking someone to join our night shifts for UK/IE time zones.
The available shifts are in the evening.
We require availability for working weekends and bank holidays. Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce high service standards.Handle complaints and provide resolutions.Develop and maintain good working relationships with Retail, Operations, Sales, and other functions, plus any external stakeholders.Work closely with the Head of Operations and Customer Service Manager to create a strategy to enhance the current team's capability and skills.Proactively analyse, assess, and interpret operational performance statistics, completing a regular commentary detailing the overall department performance, successes, and identified opportunities.What skills do I need?Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.Strong people management and adaptability.Excellent communication and attention to detail.Highly computer literate.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken; ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, proven experience in leading people through change as well as driving the strategy for change.Speaking one of these languages is a must: German, French, Dutch.Ready to Apply?Are you interested in this role?
