Your tasks and responsibilities: Manage customer sales order requirements to point of use in line with business demands.
Work closely with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure customer orders meet on-time delivery requirements.
Conduct customer business reviews to ensure site performance remains on target.
Collaborate with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to the point of use.
Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve resolution.
Chair daily operational reviews and represent the voice of the customer to drive top performance.
Your qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Customer Service, Planning, or Logistics function.
Proven customer relations experience within a complex supply chain, including leading supply issues to resolution.
Ability to make supply allocation decisions while meeting customer needs.
Experience with SAP and customer service.

Problem-solving approach with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to conduct and lead meetings efficiently across various functions.
