ActavoCustomer Service Representative - SIRO Customer Service Dublin Permanent PART 1: Role Details Role Title Customer Service Representative (CSR) Department SIRO Reports To Team Manager Location Dublin 12 PART 2: Role Purpose We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between the end retailer and its customers.
The agent will be responsible for coordinating with field staff to manage customer appointments as the primary task.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling appointments, resolving issues, managing issues and dealing with ad hoc queries; always keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, between & 6pm, Mon-Fri.
When required, Saturday work will be available at an enhanced rate.

Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Update management system and progress each customer until we complete their fibre broadband connection Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research or escalate every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets PART 4: Person Specification Experience Previous experience working in a customer service role in a contact centre environment is desirable but not essential Skills & Competencies We want a great team member.
