Customer Service Representative, Supply Chain Sector, Dublin 15

Our client, a global supply chain solutions provider, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dublin 15.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the supply chain and logistics sector.
Job Description Responding to customer queries via phone and email, to ensure that customers receive quality service and support, in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner.
Logging and tracking jobs on our in-house Booking systems (Azyra and Excel).
Assisting /covering for fellow team members.
Tailored Customer Reporting.
Create and maintain a high-quality work environment.
Must be able to work well in team environment and work with both Internal and External customers.
Ensure all customer paperwork is managed in an effective manner.
Skills / Qualifications: Good level of Excel skill would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Azyra is an advantage Quality and detail focused.
Good time management Excellent attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks.
Good knowledge of load planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential Enjoy working as part of a team.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
