Customer Service | Shift Work | 25K + Salary | Flexible Hours | Permanent | Hybrid

My client, a well known service provider, is seeking excellent customer service staff on a full-time basis. This role requires availability from 7 am to 11 pm Monday to Sunday but will be scheduled as 5 x 8 hour shifts a week, equating to a 40-hour week. There are both office-based and hybrid shifts available.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage incoming customer calls and email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.Find root cause of customer issues and rectify seamlessly – first call resolution.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's brand, systems, and processes.Achieve customer SLA/KPI targets.Maintain our customer experience journey – make our customers feel valued.Responsible for weekly reporting of customer issues to the Service Manager.Any other reasonable requests from management as required to service customers' needs.Experience & Interpersonal Skills: At least 1 year of experience in a busy customer-focused role.Great communicator and customer-oriented with a desire to exceed customers' expectations.Can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Good aptitude for adding value to customer accounts.Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.Fluent in both spoken and written English.#CplOS24
