Customer Service Specialist – Evening Shift - 5pm to 1am – US Market My client, a multinational medical device manufacturer based in Galway, seeks to hire a new Customer Service Specialist to join their team, supporting their clients in the US market. This role requires working full-time on-site between the hours of 5pm and 1am. It is a permanent position, reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, with an attractive salary and shift pattern allowance.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns efficiently and effectively, resolving issues regarding the company's products, including complaints, queries, refunds, etc.Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all procedures.Working in a safe manner at all times.Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.REQUIREMENTS Fluency in spoken and written English.Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment.Strong communication skills.Excellent telephone and customer service skills.Ability to work 5 evenings onsite, from 5pm to 1am is essential.
