See our special video here:   Companjon INSURTECH100     ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you will do as a Customer Service Specialist in Companjon  Customer Service Case Management :  Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, setting a high standard for service quality.
Business Partner Enablement:  Collaborate , guide and train  Business Partners (BPs) who may opt for direct first-line support Dashboard and Reporting Ownership: Take a data driven and innovative approach to all CS reporting  User Experience Analysis: Identify and implement improvements in customer self-service and automation across all channels.
Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the chatbot script implementation, including quality assurance and regular updates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS What you will need to succeed Experience in customer service, preferably in insurtech or fintech.
Experience with self-service data analytics and reporting tools (e.g.
PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
is essential Analytical, with a knack for spotting user experience enhancements.
Technically adept, comfortable mapping processes to functions.
Creative, capable of scripting detailed, compliant conversations.
An excellent communicator, able to demystify complex information.
Independent yet collaborative, ready to lead projects and support team goals.
COMPETENCES / SOFTSKILLS What we would love to see from you Ability to work with multiple deadlines; Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve   Fluency in English, other European languages a plus; Start-up mindset- comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.
