The role will be responsible for maintaining customer service functions, all within a fast-moving, ever-changing, competitive environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Dealing with all aspects of customer orders.
Dealing with product returns and credit notes.
Dealing with customer enquiries, requests, backorders and record management.
Ensuring all customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
Liaising with Warehouse, Carriers and Couriers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers.
Scheduling orders for delivery Dealing with Quality and other Departments Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.
Supporting Sales Teams & Managers Providing administrative support to other departments, as required Qualifications & experience: Candidate will ideally have two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills Working knowledge of SAP Pharmaceutical experience desirable Working knowledge of SAP A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel & Word) SAP R3 and order processing experience desirable.
