Details of the offer

My client is an asset finance group based in Dublin. They are looking to hire a people-centric person to help their commercial clients through their lending journey. This is a great opportunity for an energetic and focused professional who is keen to develop their career in the finance industry. The team aims to deliver a platinum level of service in everything they do. This role will focus on the day-to-day management of their varied customer base as well as managing internal stakeholder requests.
Candidate Profile The candidate should be a self-starter with a good eye for detail and a proactive approach to making this role their own. Professional manner in all interactions with good business writing skills and ability to communicate with customers and colleagues. Good sense of numbers with an ability to reconcile balances or identify when something is not correct. Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure. Good teamwork ethic with willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done, especially during our peak season. Energy - someone who will work hard but will also enjoy engaging with team social events and building colleague relationships. Willingness to go above and beyond the role for the good of the wider department especially during busy seasons. They will allow all their employees to work from home 3 days per week. The company offers excellent development opportunities to the right candidate.
