About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience using our product. You will work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. You will also work closely with our product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and concerns. Onboard new customers, ensuring that they are set up for success with our products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, building trust and loyalty. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to our existing customer base. Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products and services, identifying areas for improvement. Work closely with our product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap. Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working in the animal health sector is a strong bonus. At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Additional European languages are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
