Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and passionate Customer Success Executive to be the face of our customer experience.
In this role, youll be responsible for ensuring every KeyForHer customer feels supported, valued, and informed.
Youll work closely with customers via multiple channels to answer questions, solve issues, and provide expert guidance on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through Gorgias with speed, professionalism, and empathy.
Provide detailed and helpful responses to customer questions related to Shopify orders, returns, shipping, and our product line.
Educate and guide customers through their health journeys, offering tailored product recommendations based on individual needs.
Community Engagement & Social Media Interaction: Actively engage with our community across Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and other social platforms to respond to queries, foster relationships, and increase customer engagement.
Monitor and participate in conversations to ensure customers feel heard and valued.
Manage our referral and rewards programs, helping to grow our community through personalized support and strategic interactions.
Proactive Customer Retention: Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide feedback from customers that will influence product development and marketing strategies.
Assist in creating customer-centric resources like FAQs, product guides, and blog content to enhance customer experience and self-service options.
Stay updated on trends in womens health and wellness to provide relevant insights to customers.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Proactively manage any escalated customer issues, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and collaborate with the team to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
What You Bring To The Team: Customer Success Experience: Proven experience with customer support tools such as Gorgias (or similar), with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Experience managing social media customer interactions on platforms such as Instagram and Meta (Facebook).
Familiarity with referral and loyalty platforms is a plus.
