The Role of the Customer Success Manager is pivotal, as you will own the post-sale customer relationships for Demand Response customers in Ireland.
The position will complement the Energy Markets and Operations teams to ensure clear and consistent customer communications for onboarding, enrolment, and testing requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for Ireland Demand Response and Flexibility customers, addressing questions about payments, performance, and program rules.
As part of the sales team, the Customer Success Manager acts as a subject matter expert, establishing relationships with clients to better understand their current and future energy requirements. This role helps clients strategically achieve or set goals while offering solutions to decarbonize and access new revenue opportunities.

You should have a passion for delivering great customer sales, service, and management, and be enthusiastic about transforming the energy sector through innovative business solutions.
Please note regions outside of Dublin will be considered, providing you will be able to attend the Dublin office on occasion.
