On behalf of one of our most successful and busiest Clients, based in Dublin, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Italian market, therefore you need to be totally fluent in Italian & have a very good level of English.
This is an 11 months Contract position, but it still comes with its challenges and rewards, so you need to be prepared for a new exciting adventure where you will have the chance to prove yourself and potentially be considered for a permanent job when the Contract comes to an end.
As Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of up to 35 enterprise merchants across verticals. If successful, you will look after the operational aspects of merchant processing and identify opportunities for proactive discussions with merchants regarding their business, growth strategies, and recommendations on how our organization can partner with them.
Main responsibilitiesDevelop mutual customer success plans with key merchant contacts to detail growth opportunities and optimization.Identify cross- and upsell opportunities and collaborate with the aligned sales teams to drive deal success.Drive merchant retention through ongoing relationship management and proactively mitigate merchant churn risk.Proactively review merchants' operating environments to deliver merchant education and best-practice sharing.Advocate and liaise with internal teams, including product or technical support, to improve merchant experience.Address compliance, risk, and regulatory concerns, field incoming reporting and reconciliation questions, and complete formal analyses on declines and interchange.Main role requirements1-3 years of customer success or account servicing experience, ideally in payments, financial services or e-commerce.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple business customers and developing commercial opportunities in collaboration with sales.Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.Ability to work well in a matrix environment, including experience in collaborating across multiple departments and levels within an organization.Experience working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook), Gainsight, and Salesforce.Bilingual or native level of Italian.Please note that this role is a hybrid role with the possibility to work from home 2 or 3 times per week, depending on positions needs. The start date is immediate, but client can be flexible about the right candidate. Salary is in line with the current Market with a chance to negotiate it. Finally, as this role is in Italian, the CPL Recruitment process will be tailored and you will have the chance to speak in Italian from Day 1.
