The RoleReporting to the Head of Learning, the successful candidate will design, develop, implement, and assess training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customers and employees.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive training programs for new employees, existing staff, and clients on the use of our products and services.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create training materials.Conduct training sessions in-person and remotely for individuals and groups.Customise training content based on the audience's needs and skill levels.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize utilization and adoption of the tool.Create and update educational content.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.3+ years experience with cloud-based accounting software, including system integrations and user management is essential.3+ years training experience, delivering training online/on-site to employees or clients on software systems, especially within a technical or financial context.Ability to create training materials and programs and proficiency in MS365.Previous educational content video creation experience is beneficial.Some of our perks25 days of annual leave + 2 company days + bank holidays.Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week.Working from abroad - up to 6 weeks per calendar year.Private Health Insurance.Life Assurance - 4x Salary.By submitting your application, you agree that AccountsIQ may collect your personal data for recruiting, global organization planning, and related purposes.
