Customer Support Administrator

On behalf of our client in Meath (near Dublin Meath border), we are recruiting for an experienced administrator with a strong customer support background for a permanent role.
The role will involve: Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Determine the nature, priority of client issues based on information provided by the client Liaise closely with different teams and departments ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders Managing the supply chain within required SLAs Ensuring the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLAs Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources About you: You will have strong administration and customer service background Strong systems and excel experience A positive can do attitude and desire to ensure the teams success Skills: Admin Administration Office Administration
