Customer Support Executive - Graduate Our client, a highly successful Irish technology and event management/marketing organisation, is looking to expand their Limerick city centre based operation due to a significant increase in business levels. They have engaged with us in Cpl to hire a Customer Support Executive at a recent graduate level to join their energetic and enthusiastic team.

The Job: As a key part of the customer & client support team, you will primarily be responsible for:
Analysing commercial customer/client engagements across all markets & locations.Updating client & CRM databases.Analysing market & sales trends.Planning product launches/events.Researching potential customers.Resolving product queries from existing customers.Assisting senior colleagues and management teams with their projects & needs.Your Skills & Experience that we need: 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing, or a related discipline.Ideally 1 year relevant experience or a co-op/work placement period, but recent graduates will also be considered.Proficient in MS Office and office management software.Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels.The Offer: The role is a permanent position with a base salary depending on experience/qualifications expected to be approx. 28-32k. This role is fully office-based in Limerick City centre, so candidates must be based in the region or willing to commute/relocate here.
