Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Specialist Location – Dublin 18 Our client located in Dublin South, is currently seeking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will previous experience in a similar role, as well as a drive for customer care.
You will be joining a well established team where you will be trained and progress in the role.
Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service experience and have a proven track record on closing all cases.

Roles Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls / emails / live chat enquiriesIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal and team targets and quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesCandidate Requirements Previous experience in a customer support roleTrack record of achieving quota / targetsStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyThe above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
