We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Representative in Galway to play a critical role in maintaining and providing critical services and products to a growing number of clients internationally.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support professional who will be able to maintain ongoing customer relationships over the long term as well as fostering good internal relationships with all relevant teams and business units in order to deliver excellent service and product for our clients.
The ability to operate in a fast paced and rewarding environment is essential.

Responsibilities Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
Work closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure an excellent level of customer service.
Processing customer requests and enquiries.
Manage and process customer enquiries by web, phone and email.
Ensure any potential service improvements are addressed and work on implementation if relevant Skills & Experience Experience in a similar customer facing role.
Ideally experienced working with multinational organisations.
Good communication, organisational and administration skills.
