Customer Support & Sales Agents - Galway I am currently seeking Customer Support & Sales Agents for our client, a leading industrial distributor based in Galway.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and providing resources to the growing number of customer clients internationally.
This is a full time, permanent position with hybrid options available after the probation period.
Role Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Handle customer purchase orders and enquiries efficiently.Manage customer queries by phone and email.Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell based on customer needs.Educate customers on the advantages of products.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations within the international business unit, adhering to regulations and company policies.Support external sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Recognise, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channels where required.Stay up to date on product knowledge and keeping up to date on product material. Produce weekly and monthly reports using SAP.Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.Technical or production experience is highly advantageous.Experience working with multinational organisations is desirable.Strong ability to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities.Confidence in explaining product features and benefits.Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to embrace new initiatives.A strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.Please apply today if you are interested in this position or contact ****** for any queries.
