Customer Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a Financial Services organisation.
Customer Support Specialist Great role for grads with 2 years customer service experience.
Dublin West based - Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:Manage calls/emails from customer base.Assist in customer account management and maintenance.Manage payments, dealer processes, settlements and termination of accounts.Resolve first level customer complaints.Liaise with other departments and personnel.Update and manage systems.Requirements:2 years proven experience within a Customer Service environment, ideally call centre etc.Qualification or equivalent in Finance, Business or related field.Keen sense of attention to details, communication and numerical ability.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
