Job description i as under Provide an efficient and effective Customs Clearance Service ensuring administration procedures are carried out in line with Revenue and GLS standards.
Produce metrics and reports for assigned customers as required - daily/weekly/monthly.
Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by Customs Manager.
Communicate with the operations departments on a daily basis.
Ensure company issues are effectively worked in a timely manner.
Ensure that all data sent to Revenue is fully accurate within timelines Minimum 2 years' experience using Thyme IT software.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
Liaise with both internal and external customers and ensure all clearance queries and requests are resolved/followed through in a timely and effective manner.
While this is a 8 am to 5 pm shift , Monday to Friday , it may also be expected to do an evening shift should a work colleague go on leave.
Appropriate cross training shall be provided.
