The aim of Cyber Security is to reduce the risk of an incident that could seriously disrupt Pernod Ricard's operations. The Cyber Security Specialist for OT is a key member of the Cyber Security team.
Responsibilities: Participating with the definition and implementation of the security strategy and policies for OT environments, under the coordination of the Cyber Security Officers.Ensuring Cyber Security compliance of OT environments across all regions with ICS policy and architecture standards.Leading investigations and audits, participating in the creation and delivery of Cyber awareness training for all OT employees in collaboration with the ICS Expert Team.Analyzing risks and reporting to the Head of Cyber Security.Providing Cyber Security technical support to OT teams and IT teams that support OT environments.Main Roles and Responsibilities: Contributing to the global OT security strategy and policies definition and implementation.Overseeing and controlling the implementation of OT security policies.Contributing to the definition and implementation of an OT Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan by collaborating with all stakeholders.Ensuring the alignment between the defined procedures and security management tools and the security objectives.Contributing to the communication of OT security policies, standards, and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.Security Compliance Control and Reporting: Analyzing SOC reporting for compliance monitoring and bringing recommendations or alarming top management about security flaws that affect OT environments.Rolling out OT security risk evaluation and impacts analysis.Raising alarms to the Cyber Security team and the relevant management concerning critical cyber incidents that could impact OT operations.Reporting to the Cyber Security team and the Group Security Steering Committee the status of the OT security maturity with action and remediation plans.Contributing to the internal and external audits.Communication, Training & Awareness: Responsible for the OT security communication content preparation, validation, and distribution to all stakeholders (internal and external).Ensuring the definition and roll out of communication and awareness training plan/program towards all Pernod Ricard employees and their consistency.Technology Watching: Following up security evolutions, major trends, and best practices on technology, solutions, and regulations in the OT environment.Working closely with security vendors on new types of cyber-crime or computer malware to help the OT teams keep the security systems up to date.Cyber Security Technical Support: Contributing to critical incidents, crisis management, and mitigation plans.Providing technical support to OT and IT teams.What We Offer: We understand our people are our special ingredient.
