We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to play a key role in our client's multinational contact centre in Dublin.
We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with great attitudes and high energy to join a growing, fun, and dynamic company, situated in the heart of the Irish capital.
You are a highly self-driven, dynamic person who gets things done and shows consistent improvements, and you enjoy working under consistent pressure.
Job PurposeYou will build, develop, and lead a team with a high-performing ethos to meet and exceed performance goals. You will coach, engage, and develop your direct reports. You will work in a multinational environment, where you take responsibilities across the customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities IncludeThe Team Manager oversees daily activities of the Swedish/Danish customer service team.You are expected to demonstrate the ability to plan and execute in a fast-paced environment.You understand the importance of KPIs and have the ability to analyse, implement, and continually improve best practice processes.Coaching, motivating, and retaining staff and coordinating bonus schemes.Contribute to the development of strategies and plans for the Team and/or Department.Build and develop the team towards constant improvements in quality and productivity.Provide daily leadership to the team to meet and exceed customer expectations and business targets.Respond to escalating issues in a quick, effective, and courteous manner.Use your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Support the integration of new systems and processes within teams.Fluent (written/oral) in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.Previous management experience is essential (2 years).Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.Enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment.Autonomous and flexible.Customer and solution-oriented.Analyse call centre KPIs and take appropriate actions.Organised and ability to organise your own workload.Ability to motivate and coach the customer service agents to consistently high performance.Salary is €45,000 plus a 10% bonus annually.

Relocation package is €5,000 gross and flights plus up to two weeks of accommodation.
