Cpl are seeking a Data/Dontations Administrator to join a not for profit organisation based in South Dublin for a permanent role.
The Data Administrator will be responsible for all administration duties for the team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and very good attention to detail.
MAIN DUTIES:
input of Donor and Donation data to the fundraising databaseProcessing of donations in a timely and accurate mannerProcessing & fulfilment of donor thank you letters and receiptsProcessing of donor revenue formsWorking with the fundraising team in developing and generating income, funds and donations in line with the National Fundraising Strategy, such as annual campaigns, corporate development, fundraising events and activities, and national/public campaigns.To respond to enquiries from the public, volunteers, fundraisers etc. (By phone, mail and in person) including responding to requests for information and material etc.To support the development of events and activities which engage corporate supporters, including existing ASI events.Keep up to date with developments and opportunities in the fundraising sector.Perform key administrative tasks including weekly reporting and database handling and management.Liaise and work alongside the Fundraising team, the Finance team, the Communications team, and the Operations Managers and Services to maximise partnership opportunitiesREQUIREMENTS
Previous professional experience of a CRM systemStrong command of Microsoft excelProficiency in data entry, with strong accuracy and attention to detailExperience of working in the not-for-profit sector desirableAn interest in working in a busy fundraising environmentA positive 'can-do' donor/customer orientated approach to workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA business / marketing qualification desirableMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
