As a Data Analyst at Openmind Networks, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights to help customers optimise performance and ensure the seamless operation of our services.

What You Will Be Doing as a Data Analyst? In this data analysis role, your expertise in big data and data analytics will help improve our services and provide high-value insights to customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Publishing weekly, high-quality data reports on service performance and data insights related to misuse prevention (e.g., SMiShing, spam) or revenue optimization (e.g., leakage prevention, revenue assurance).
Engaging with customers to present analytical reports, collaborate on actionable insights, and understand their feedback on our service offerings.
Collaborating within the company to manage and refine the process framework for the operation of OMN Protect Services, exploring opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Providing strategic feedback to Product Management based on your analysis of service delivery, helping shape future product roadmaps.
Proactively managing customer SLAs, ensuring on-time delivery of reports, and mitigating escalations.
Your profileSkills and Experience You'll Bring: To be successful in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, big data, or business intelligence roles.
Proven expertise in data mining, creating impactful data visualisations, dashboards, and reports.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree in Data Analytics or a similar discipline is a plus.
Familiarity with one or few of Kibana, Elastic Search, Logstash, SQL, and scripting languages.
Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience working cross-functionally to deliver data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in telecommunications is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a focus on customer relationships.
Ability to multi-task, own projects, and work proactively.
