Data Analyst - Technical Operations Location: Raheen, Limerick

The Data Analyst in Technical Operations is responsible for supporting and developing the data and analytics program within Technical Operations (Automation, Engineering & Facilities). This role involves enabling data gathering, analysis, and visualization of key metrics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to expand the data and analytics program. Engage with various teams to understand their analytical needs. Develop tools for data collection, storage, retrieval, preparation, analysis, and distribution. Present data through meetings and other communications across various levels within the organization. Provide data-driven recommendations to management. Create data visualization tools to enhance department communication on Technical Operations data. Support dashboards and reporting initiatives, such as KPI tracking. Develop metrics to support new and existing processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts within Technical Operations and across departments. Communicate progress through metrics and project summaries. Assist with coordination during regulatory inspections and audits, responding to relevant requests. Facilitate integration/migration of datasets into the CMMS database. Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Proven ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Experience with data visualization software (such as Excel, Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire, JMP) is preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint Lists and Workflows is an advantage.
