RFO transforms Retail Fulfilment (Retail Stores and Online Stores) into a key value proposition for Apple's direct customers through Planning, Execution, and Strategic Programs.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with strong analytical abilities.
This role requires a combination of business insight and technical knowledge to develop and deliver reporting and analysis that enables rapid decision-making.
You will focus on supporting the growth of Apple's products, routes to market, and critical operations initiatives.
This role is highly visible, interacting with partners in operations and retail while networking across Apple's organisation.
The ability to work seamlessly with these teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position.
Description Deep dive into operational data to assess program performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable recommendations to peers and leadership for impactful business decisions.Build and create reporting solutions for both online and retail operations teams.
Use tools such as Tableau to create dashboards and data visualisations.Identify and evaluate operational risks, implementing contingency plans to mitigate them.Develop improvements that directly impact the customer experience.Build business cases using data and insights to define how large/small the opportunity is.Develop, maintain, and own robust reporting KPI's that help to guide the business and measure success.Collaborate with business intelligence teams to build regional reporting needs.Support development of predictive models and simulations through partnerships with advanced analytics teams.Collaborate with key business partners to understand and amplify the "Voice of the Customer".
Serve as a liaison between online and retail teams in sales, finance, logistics, procurement, and operations teams.Ability to drive strategic direction and influence key business partners.Minimum Qualifications Ability to evaluate and interpret large data sets, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights.Independently navigate systems and tools with knowledge of relational databases.Proficient in using Tableau or similar data visualisation tools to build reports and dashboards for program tracking and performance analysis.Experience in post-go-live program management and developing BAU (Business-as-Usual) management systems.A team player with a "hands-on" and "can do" attitude that can influence through collaboration and leadership.Being able to work effectively with other teams and taking them along for the journey is critical.Preferred Qualifications Experience in a data analytics or a supply chain analyst role.Confidence to make critical decisions and deliver results under tight timelines, with flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment.Passion for research, innovation and enhancing the customer experience.
