The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive business strategy.
A key function of this role is producing reports, visualisations, actionable insights with efficient planning and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with several issues at once, whilst always maintaining accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities Have excellent understanding of SC planning signals - inventory, procurement, demand, in transits, stock transfers.
Understand the configurations in source ERPs on SC planning processes.
Example (but not limited to) - MRP type, safety stock/ROP, etc.
Maintain accurate master and transactional data in relative systems.
Investigating process and data gaps within the business intelligence systems, determining root cause, and analysing options to mitigate risk.
Ensure ERP Parameters and indicators are effectively set/ managed, through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Handling non-routine and difficult inquiries by adapting differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues.
Applying analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company reporting systems, statistical results, or other information collection systems.
Understand business impact with technical issues.
Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in your role from day 1, Rexel Industrial Solutions requires the following: Must Have Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (5+) years of Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain.
Experience working with ERP MRP systems.
