The opportunity Our data analytics team focuses on helping our clients unlock value from their information assets through collaboration with domain experts across assurance, tax, transactions, and consulting to embed innovative data analytics solutions in existing business areas. We are seeking additional individuals to enhance our existing team.
Your key responsibilities Work in multi-disciplinary teams across various industries, helping our clients use analytics to transform and improve their business.Establish enterprise data governance framework, including data policies, standards, and processes to help our clients achieve overall business needs.Develop and implement data management and governance roadmap.Help our clients create and enforce policies for effective data management.Identify new business opportunities for using data assets.Lead a team responsible for driving data governance projects.Design data quality frameworks to enhance clients' data quality.Identify and act on potential business opportunities for EY.Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships.Devise and implement efficient and secure data handling and analysis procedures.Guide our clients in preparing for evolving data regulations.Skills and attributes for success A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree7+ years of experience in data governance and data managementUnderstanding of technologies used in data governance and managementExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to supervise and develop othersAbility to communicate technical information in non-technical languageHighly professional with the ability to work in diverse environmentsInclusion & Diversity Diversity is about differences; you'll be embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs.
