As an Amazon Fleet Remediation Engineering Manager, you will manage a team that provides full life-cycle support to AWS Data Centers from project design inception through site improvement. You will be the 'go to' engineering resource for your region to design projects that remediate issues found within our data center fleet. You will use your subject matter expertise and engage with diverse teams to:

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.3+ cumulative years of experience managing an engineering team. • Are able to identify high performance and lead a group of high powered engineers
• Organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and budget
• Possess excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, maintain high quality standards
• Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical equipment/design related to data centers
• Ability to develop solutions and execute plans on complex projects
