Key job responsibilities7x24 roster duty in data center operationsIncident first responder and onsite hands-on supportBreak-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelineMaintain proper media operations according to process guidelineCapacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelineSite management and maintain tidiness in operation areasInnovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiencyBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.
- 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Industry experience in Data Center Operations.
- Knowledge on data center networking
- Knowledge on cloud computing
- Knowledge on continuous process improvement.
- Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
