Join a dynamic team and collaborate with one of the world's top Biopharma companies as a Data Manager in this exciting contract role.

The Data Manager will be responsible for building our clients animal data models, collaborating with R&D teams to explore the data the products upload to the data platform, responsible for data quality and integrity and ensuring it is up to date. Seeking someone who can innovate new data features while working with data scientists.

Responsibilities: Develop and deploy data models tailored specifically to the realm of animals.

Establish and uphold data standards, naming conventions, and classification systems.

Foster collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders including marketing, veterinary professionals, researchers, data engineers, and data management teams to discern data-related needs and ensure alignment with our animal health objectives.

Vigilantly monitor data quality, swiftly identifying and resolving any issues or anomalies within animal health records and datasets.

Perform thorough data profiling, analysis, and validation exercises to guarantee the precision, comprehensiveness, and uniformity of animal health data.

Institute meticulous processes for data documentation and metadata management, encompassing animal health records, diagnostics, and research data.

Offer guidance and support to veterinary professionals and researchers, imparting expertise on data governance best practices and standards pertinent to animal health.

Requirements: Possession of 5-8 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in roles akin to Data Steward, Data Manager, or equivalent.

Proficiency across a spectrum of data disciplines including quality assurance, cataloging, modeling, analysis, and metadata management.

Familiarity with an array of data management tools and technologies such as Collibra, Immuta, and Data Bricks.

Prior experience in extracting and harnessing data from ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

Outstanding analytical prowess and problem-solving acumen, coupled with the ability to decipher and analyze veterinary records and diagnostic data.

Exceptional communication skills and a knack for interpersonal interactions, essential for seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Adeptness at working independently and adeptly prioritizing tasks within dynamic environments.

Preferred Experience: Exposure to Data Science or related disciplines.

Sound knowledge of veterinary medicine and principles governing animal health data management.

Previous engagement with multinational corporations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or a cognate field.
