As a Data Scientist on our SMB Engineering team, you'll be responsible for creating delightful experiences that directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with product owners, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.

These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related fieldOR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)OR equivalent experience.Exposure to Azure Data Explorer / Kusto Query Language / Machine Learning algorithms.Experience in Software/Data Engineering.Familiarity with Microsoft tooling/ecosystem are a plus.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
