Database Cloud Support Engineer

As a Database Cloud Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to Database clients. You will work in close collaboration with team members, other IT organizations, key stakeholders and business partners to meet the needs of the business as well as that of the customers.

Key tasks include:
Collaborate with other Database Engineering teams e.g. for knowledge transfer of new product/technologies
Help provide solutions when working with customers to identify and remediate issues in the Database instances
Create documentation, and provide oversight and peer review of change control documents written by other team members

This position is Monday to Friday with flexibility to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday for holiday coverage and requires working onsite 3 days per week at our Mulhuddart location in Dublin.
