Role Purpose: To develop a defined region as outlined by the Daybreak Sales Manager, with total responsibility for sales, profit, loyalty and brand execution. To support retailers to implement best practice in their stores. To develop annual Business Plans and KPIs to track store performance. To drive retailer brand engagement through brand initiatives and events. To deliver annual new store targets and rebrands.
Key activities: Exceed agreed region sales & profit targets.Drive retailer loyalty to 90% plus.Ensure excellent brand engagement through delivery of key initiatives and training.Develop the region by managing a prospect list of new stores.Maintain all accounts within Musgrave's credit terms.Provide accurate and relevant information on competitor activity and other trade field information to the Daybreak Sales Manager and Central Functions.Ensure the right format range is available in all stores.Ensure all Daybreak stores deliver the agreed wholesale profit budget.Complete all administration e.g. journey plans, weekly & monthly reports and prospect lists.Ensure the profitability of all Daybreak stores by driving strong commercial behaviours with retailers.Ensure all Daybreak stores comply with all legislation by providing training and 'best practice' advice.Ensure all stores work to attain the EIQA mark.Education and Experience: Experience/knowledge of the convenience retail industry and retail development – minimum 5 years.Good understanding of Retail Accounts including P&L & Cash Flow Projections.Proven track record in proactive field sales and achieving targets in convenience retail.Experience in a 'Food to Go' environment.Leaving Cert / GCSE.Full clean driving licence.Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
