Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch customer service by preparing and serving hot and cold food items such as salads, sandwiches, and our house specialties.
Take and serve customer orders with a warm, professional attitude.
Lead and supervise the deli team by organizing workloads, assigning tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Manage stock levels, ensuring were well-stocked while controlling costs.
Oversee food preparation and ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
Maintain a clean and organized Deli Bar, following HACCP and food safety procedures.
Ensure kitchen equipment and workstations are spotless and fully functional.
Requirements: Experience in food preparation and handling.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
