HACCP Knowledge : Understanding of food safety and hygiene systems is essential.

Food Knowledge : Desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities : Food preparation: Cooking, serving, slicing, and chopping as needed in the kitchen.

Shift Details : This role requires full flexibility for both day and evening shifts.
