We are looking for a dynamic Fresh Food Manager / Deli Bakery Manager to join our team in O'Grady's Spar Supermarket Ballingarry, Co.
Limerick.
If you have a proven track record in team management, possess strong skills in innovation, waste reduction, stock control, ordering, and HACCP compliance, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a deli & bakery team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Fresh Food Quality : Ensure the highest standards of quality in all fresh food offerings, overseeing preparation, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Waste Reduction: Implement strategies to minimise food waste, managing stock efficiently to optimise freshness and minimise losses.
Stock Control and Ordering: Maintain accurate stock levels, oversee inventory control procedures, and handle timely and efficient food offerings to meet demand.
HACCP Compliance: Enforce and uphold HACCP standards throughout food preparation, storage, and service, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the deli & fresh team to create and update menus, exciting innovation in line with customer preferences.
