Deli Manager, (Full Time), Flexi, Allenwood, Co. Kildare Corrib Oil Group is one of Ireland's fastest growing forecourt retailers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deli Manager based in our Allenwood store to manage the Food Court.
The successful candidate should have some managerial experience, preferably in a forecourt environment.

Reporting to: Site Manager
Principal Duties Work within the guidelines and parameters set by the Head of Fresh Food and the Area Fresh Food Advisors.Manage the food court operations, including franchises.Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation for breakfast, lunch, evening meals, and chilled products.Prepare food to the high standards expected of our Corrib Deli's.Operate the Deli department in line with company and government food safety & HACCP legislation.Follow the company recipe manual and guidelines, ensuring the department meets projected sales and contribution targets.Provide excellent customer service in the food service.Document and communicate all labour, stock control, ordering, and margins in accordance with Corrib Deli procedures.Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budget constraints.Promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty programme, ensuring offerings are well advertised and up to date.Develop staff through continual training in accordance with policies, procedures, and company best practices.Support the mental and physical health of staff, motivating the team and addressing staff-related issues professionally.Assist Environmental Health Officers and other auditors during health inspections.Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store as a whole.Key Skills/Knowledge/Requirements Flexibility is required as Corrib Deli's operate seven days a week.Highly organized with attention to detail, excellent communicator, and committed to great customer service.Two to three years management experience in a retail food environment is advantageous.Professional qualifications relevant to the position would be beneficial.Proficient in Word and Excel.Benefits Fuel and Store DiscountsCompany pension schemeSupported further education and trainingFlexible working hoursAutonomy in the day-to-day running of the deli
