GlennonEUROSPAR Group require full time Deli Managers to join their amazing team. MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To ensure the fresh foods department is profitable, operates efficiently, effectively, and hygienically to ensure safe food commensurate with the highest standards of service and products.
Applicants would hold an advantage if: Currently in a deli management roleCan bring Food Safety Certs to interviewHave 2+ Years experience in a busy deliHave 1+ Year experience managing a busy deliThe ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes: Proven ability in managing retail sales team including:Planning & organisingProblem solvingManaging performanceExcellent knowledge of HACCP requirements with a relevant qualificationExcellent interpersonal relationsExcellent understanding of consumer needsProven track record in achieving agreed targetsAn excellent commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changesCommitted to continually improving standardsSelf-motivatedThe ability to work in a pressurised environment
