Responsibilities:Lead large-scale projects in the banking sector, ensuring successful delivery.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance.Manage revenue streams of up to £50m-£100m, driving business growth.Develop and expand the team, fostering a collaborative culture.Engage with stakeholders, providing accurate and impactful information.Stay updated with industry trends and drive innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.Accountable for delivery strategy and client satisfaction.Address delivery escalations and ensure resolution in all directions.Ensure scalability and sustainability of operations in the portfolio.Foster autonomy in large operations or a portfolio of smaller accounts.Deliver high-value solutions from strategy to maintenance.Set the direction for all pods and ensure Globant's delivery.Lead high complexity accounts, coordinating activities and performance.Meet financial and delivery goals for assigned accounts. What will help you succeed: Being a digital passionate.Enjoy solving problems & be a strategic thinker.Expressing ideas in a simple way.Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Financial Services or the Banking sector (must have).Strong consultancy background with deep banking knowledge.Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and manage revenue streams.Excellent client management and communication skills.Proficiency in risk management, operations, P&L, and forecasting.Ability to identify opportunities for enhancing project performance.Strong experience in leading distributed or multidisciplinary teams.Ability to drive innovation and leverage emerging technologies.Nice to have experience in software development companies or similar consultancy organizations, specifically working with agile teams.Possession of an MBA degree or similar studies is highly desirable.
