In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:Ensure visibility of work across product teams.Assess and connect the dependencies between products in a given domain.Manage the dependencies between products in a given domain to ensure that changes are made in a co-ordinated way.Develop and maintain comprehensive plans, goals, milestones, and timelines.Facilitate team of teams in our system of work and help drive impediment resolution and sharing of learnings.Coach and support teams to improve performance within the system of work, e.g. understand and improve velocity of cycle time.Guide the team to understand the outcomes needed to be completed within a period of time (annual/quarter).Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.Ensure the high quality of deliverables, maintaining high standards for each outcome e.g. having a lower change fail rate.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential roadblocks are addressed promptly to minimize project disruptions. What You'll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is favored.Good understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt them to specific project needs.Demonstrated experience in growing and developing a team.Enhanced leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technology issues and develop innovative solutions.In-depth knowledge of modern software architectures, including microservices, APIs, cloud computing, and data analytics.
