About you: 3-5 years' experience in Consulting or in a fast paced, dynamic HR team Experience on HR transformation projects or in HR Functional Areas such as talent management, HR operations/ shared services, HR Projects, Process Mapping or Process Improvement Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong analytical skills (MS Excel to analyse data) Experience and knowledge of project management, change management and agile principles, methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively with your project team to deliver high quality work and manage against project deadlines Ability to actively contribute to the development of the Human Capital business, supporting proposals, identifying opportunities in existing and new clients and building Human Capital's internal brand Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships HR technology market knowledge with familiarity in leading HR technologies If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
